Culinary Courses include a variety of topics that are scheduled throughout the year.

Sausage Making

This class will cover the primary sausage making skills including mincing, mixing, stuffing, advice on casings, cooking and smoking. Prepare delicious home made sausages that will impress your friends and family when BBQ season rolls around.

Cooking with Quinoa! (Keen-wah)

 

Known as an ancient grain, it is actually a relative of leafy green vegetables!  Either way it is full of nutrients that will surprise you!  Did you know it is one of the best sources of protein in the vegetable kingdom?  It is also gluten-free, has a high iron and magnesium content and will substantially increase your daily fiber intake.  
Come out and learn how to make delicious foods using quinoa in your cooking, baking, salads and even blender drinks!
